However, the road to delivery is fraught with unexpected twists and turns and sometimes the scope of a project can quickly change. So fear and frustration set in.
At the end of a project, the freelancer fears the uncertainty inherent in finding their next gig. And at the end of a project the studio has a similar fear even as they are ramping down, unsure of where they will find the people they need when the next project comes in.
