Once you're a Zerply subscriber, we automatically bill your card monthly or yearly (depending on your billing cycle) until you decide to cancel, which you can do anytime from your billing dashboard. We will also email you a receipt after each payment.
Yes. If you are upgrading or downgrading your current subscription during a billing cycle you will be prorated, which means that you’ll receive a credit for the unused portion of the old plan and you will only be billed for the remainder of the billing cycle for the new plan. This will be reflected on your next invoice.
Super easy - you don’t even have to email us about it. To cancel your subscription, simply go to your “billing” page and find your current plan. It will have a “cancel subscription” link next to it, so just click that and follow the instructions.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the Zerply subscription please reach out to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of being charged. We’d be sad to see you go, but if the service is not living up to your expectations we will naturally initiate a refund.
