Candidate Submission — If it seems like we have a match we'll send their profile to your dashboard, including our comments, to highlight their experience and relevant areas of expertise.
First interview — If it all looks good you can schedule an interview right from your dashboard. We recommend a quick video call to start to screen for cultural fit.
On-site interviews — When possible, we recommend bringing candidates in for an on-site interview before making an offer. All this can be arranged in your dashboard.
Booking — Once you've agreed on the terms it's time to finalize the booking and lock you in their calendar.
