Goodman Brothers is a dynamic post-production and animation studio seeking a talented and experienced VFX and Post-Production Producer to join our team.

Initially this will be a part-time, freelance role, but there will likely be opportunity for the position to evolve into a permanent executive role as the relationship develops.

As a producer, you will work closely with our core team to oversee and manage all aspects of our post-production pipeline.

• Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Manage post-production budgets, schedules, and resources, working closely with department leads to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee all aspects of post-production, including VFX, animation, finishing, and final delivery, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project updates and managing expectations throughout the post-production process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies, ensuring our studio is using the latest tools and techniques to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in post-production, with a focus on VFX and post-production management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Keen understanding of Post-production and VFX workflows and software.
• Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build strong relationships with clients.
• Passion for creative storytelling and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality on every project.
