We are looking for a talented and experienced Lighting Supervisor to lead our lighting team in crafting visually stunning environments and characters. In this crucial role, you will oversee the artistic lighting direction in alignment with the creative vision set by the VFX Supervisor, ensuring that every element shines with quality and consistency. Your leadership will empower the team to deliver breathtaking visuals that enhance our projects and engage audiences.

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of live-action lighting experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating strong mentorship, feedback, and work assignment capabilities.
- Experience with Redshift and Arnold considered an asset.
- Deep understanding of 3D concepts and workflows.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring clear guidance and effective team collaboration.
- Proven ability to deliver high-end aesthetic and technical execution in lighting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and managing creative/technical talent in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple demands with flexibility and professionalism in a creative setting.
