Compositor - Mid - Short Term
Image Engine
The Mid Compositor is responsible for delivering high-quality shots in a quick and efficient manner, with some guidance and support. They will directly address notes given by Compositing Leads and Supervisors, and will strive to continuously find ways to improve their shots on every iteration.
Mid Compositors will manage their time effectively to ensure assigned tasks of varying difficulty are completed to the expected quality within the assigned timeframe. They will proactively assess their workload every week, and communicate any challenges in shot complexity or delivery timeframes with their Lead, Supervisor and Coordinator. They will identify and troubleshoot problems as needed and will ask for assistance when necessary to ensure effective use of time and resources.
Mid Compositors will exhibit a positive/calm demeanour and maintain morale levels during peak production periods. They will participate in all team meetings when necessary.
