As CG Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in scoping, scheduling, and executing projects from early pitches to final delivery. Collaborating closely with Directors, you’ll shape the creative and technical direction, guiding teams to high standards of quality, timeliness, and budget control. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Teams to Creative Excellence: Inspire and oversee CG teams in the creation of top-tier 3D and comp work for a range of styles and formats, troubleshooting both technical and creative issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with Directors: Partner closely with Directors to tackle creative challenges, finding technical solutions that elevate the vision and execution.
• Consult on Pitches and Briefs: Play a crucial role in the early stages of projects, offering insights on resourcing and approach to set each project up for success.
• Manage Project Schedules and Budgets: Take responsibility for resource planning, team structure, and keeping projects on track with clear, efficient scheduling.
• Client Communication: Act as a key client liaison, ensuring clarity around project expectations and maintaining open lines throughout production.
• Technical Leadership: Troubleshoot effectively across various stages of the production pipeline, leveraging your expertise in 3D and compositing to ensure seamless delivery.
