Responsibilities:
- Model high and low poly objects, bake textures, export/import assets, apply materials, and assemble environments.
- Proactively participate in technical and aesthetic problem-solving discussions.
- Give and receive creative feedback.
- Integrate art assets into Unity to set dress and beautify areas.
- Adhere to project guidelines and art bible, working closely with Art Lead, Team Lead, Concept Artists, and other 3D artists to ensure the visual target is met or exceeded.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly proficient with Blender, Unity, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of art fundamentals such as color theory, composition, and detail distribution.
- Strong high and low poly modeling skills, with demonstrated skills in baking, UV-Unwrapping, material creation, and hand-painting textures.
- Strong understanding of PBR and NPR real-time and path-traced rendering pipelines.
- Ability to skillfully world build; terrain sculpting, painting, prop/vegetation placement, and set dressing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
