REFERENCE from Lighting Lead
I worked with Wayne Osborne in the 2nd half of 2013, where he was part
of my lighting team on 'The Lego Movie'.
In that time he proved to have a great eye for both lighting and
compositing. The lighting pipeline at Animal Logic is very technical,
and during The Lego Movie it evolved rapidly, Wayne took these
