• Responsible for developing and maintaining all Maya animation tools and workflows on the project.
• Authored several key shaders and worked closely with art and engineering to ensure they met our aesthetic and performance standards.
• Created concept art for clothing, decals and other game assets by working directly with modeling, design and art leadership.
• Implemented the Maya side of an IK targeting/blending system that allows a single animation to be played on characters of different sizes and shapes.

• Implemented and rolled out a Material Library system that both streamlined how artists worked with materials and helped to optimize texture memory usage
• Created a base set of common materials that helped the artists take full advantage of our shader set’s capabilities.

• Authored all custom tools requested by the art team.
• Helped orchestrate a team-wide optimization effort on all platforms during the end of production.
