    Having moved on to a new studio, I got an opportunity to serve this organization as a Lead for Lighting team.
    New Role comes up with new challenges and responsibilities.
    Along with myself working on the projects, I was also responsible to supervise my team's work and also closely worked with Production Management team for Bids and Schedules.
    Since I was leading the team, I was also responsible to initiate meetings and do other department interactions.
    A new software " Bakery relight" was introduced to the studio. Hence, it was quite challenging to self learn, interpret and execute the same.
    I have trained the team on this software usage to bring it to studio pipeline.
    Technically challenging tasks were looked upon since not much people were knowing the software.
