Author and maintainer of Creature FX, Tracking, PostVis, Animation and FX pipeline tools. Also, I look after pipeline tools that ingest external assets and produce outgoing assets.
Work:
* Created maya animation layer management tool for creating/re-creating animation layers and export/import of animation layer animation.
* Integrated Bifrost in CFX pipeline.
* Added Framestore delta plugin support to CFX pipeline.
* Created Shotsculpting pipeline for CFX and animation.
* Developed preset based workflow system for Houdini.
* Made various improvement for preset based system in CFX dealing with nCloth, Qualoth, and other Maya nodes.
* Integrated USD in various pipeline tools.
* Made various improvement in CFX sim rig pipeline.
* Contributed to a diverse amount of development for supporting animation and rigging in Framestore's simulation framework and node-based automation system.
* Developed a first iteration of PostVis pipeline:
- Made tracking pipeline flexible for dealing with huge volume of work and sharing tracks with other departments
- Created postvis playblaster running on farm with Arnold
* Made numerious improvements for animation, rigging, tracking, and layout pipeline tools.
* Improved STMap support in tracking pipeline and freak, Framestore's in-house renderer.
* Implemented support of Framestore's groom in animation.
