I have contributed to the launches of SSX (uncredited), FIFA13 (credited), Need For Speed: Most Wanted (credited), Command and Conquer Alliance (uncredited) and Need For Speed World (uncredited).

  At NCSoft I was responsible for designing and implementing systems solution for all games and infrastructure. I also created documentation including backup policies that met internal and external legal requirements. I designed log aggregation service to handle indexing and searching raw game logs for City Of Heroes. I created Windows patching policy to minimize downtime on all games including Guild Wars which has a zero downtime policy. I maintained gaming QA environments using TestTrack Pro and Jira. I provided logistical support on four data center moves, each move require a new build out of the data centers.

  Authoritative for all system and network functions. Documented emergency network procedures for non-technical staff. Assessed network needs and suggested equipment to better serve those needs. Setup new tape library and implemented backup policy using Veritas. Maintained Active Directory, including debugging, upgrading and moving AD. Setup VPN on Cisco 1760 and installed and configured VPN client on company workstations.
