I've been animating at DreamWorks for 12 years, currently I'm the the custom animation supervisor. Recent projects as an animator included Puss In Boots - The Last Wish, Ruby Gillman - Teenage Kraken, and The Croods - A New Age. I supervised the character Lightfury on How To Train Your Dragon 3, and was the lead animator for the Cloudjumper dragon on How To Train Your Dragon 2. I also mentor students and teach animation online. Before coming to the US I was a freelance animator in Germany for about 5 years, working on animated features, VFX, commercials and shorts. I also taught animation workshops and Maya classes.

I was nominated for an Annie Award for 'best character animation in a feature production' for How To Train Your Dragon 2, and was featured in Variety's '10 Animators To Watch' in 2015.
