I've been working for the last 20 years as a Rigger. Most of those years I've worked for famous feature films.
Then the last 5 years I've been focusing on Freelancing and building my own rigging tools, which became Kangaroo-Builder (www.kangaroo-builder.com) and is now available for everyone to use and open source for the most part.
Lately I've been focusing more and more on Unreal Engine Control Rigs, building Control Rigs manually but also scripting them.
I've also created speech machine (www.speech-machine.com), which is a tool that can calculate the lip movements from an audio file.
