I worked in the Live Operations and Production department where I lead a team of interns, prioritized and delegated JIRA tasks, scheduled appointments, gathered people for meetings, documented production processes, organized assets, assisted the release of featured item sets, item set analyses, competitive analyses, game map design, and large data collection.
