  I worked extensively with long time collaborator, director Dennis Dugan in figuring out the shot selection on action/comedy sequences. With my knowledge of martial arts in a practical sense and martial arts in film, I was able to pull from knowledge in giving Dennis things that may not have been extensively used before in film, while also using certain standards of the genre.

  When I lived exclusively in NYC in the '90's, I nearly storyboarded for their entire directing core. Hank Perlman, Bryan Buckley, Jim Jenkins, David Shane, John O'Hagan, Bennett Miller etc. I still occasionally work get gigs with the current directors in the Santa Monica office.

  My job as a storyboard artist is to break down a feature film screenplay (or TV commercial script) into comic book like visuals. My work is a great asset in planning stunts, special effects or camera moves. I to get into a client's head, visually explain what they need and to put the crew or additional clients on the same page with each other.
