    My span of responsibility as Executive Producer has covered everything from business development to artistic and technical guidance. I have helped to oversee multiple projects and liaise between clients and in-house teams along with creating bids and finalizing contracts.
    • Business development and client relations including developing new clients and growing relationships with our existing client base across the globe.
    • Work in conjunction with clients and in-house teams to breakdown, quote and manage productions from bidding through final delivery.
    • Provide creative support for projects to in-house teams.
    • Assist in script breakdowns for bidding purposes and creative suggestions
    • Work closely with clients and their creative teams to understand requirements and offer creative solutions.

    Anibrain (https://anibrain.com/) is an award winning Visual Effects studio specializing in creating live action visual effects and animation for feature films and television as well as Virtual Reality experiences on both the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift. We have worked closely with numerous studios in both primary (creating full CG sequences) and supporting roles (matchmove, roto and paint) providing them with a reliable back end in India at a very attractive cost.

    Our workflow utilizes Nuke, Maya, Houdini and Arnold along with other industry standard software and we have seamlessly integrated into partner facility pipelines.     Responsible for bidding, team building and overseeing development of Character/Creature FX assets and pipelines (costume tailoring/hair grooming/simulation rigs) as well as environmental grooming/instancing. I also assisted the facility department management team with production crewing and departmental guidance.

    • Supervision of Character FX teams.
    • Demo reel reviews, interviews, hiring, training, annual reviews.
    • Ran daily team reviews and schedules providing artistic and technical direction for artists.
    • Budgeting, scheduling, managing timelines based on project deadlines.
    • Worked closely with Film Directors, Art Directors, Visual Development and Visual Effects Supervisors to develop the look of picture and determine sequence requirements.
    • Worked closely with Producers and Production Management to ensure departmental deliveries on time and budget.
    • Department Representative for production meetings with Producers and Supervisors.
    • Department liaison working closely with Modeling, Texture, Rigging, and Look Development departments to develop film assets and ensure that they are pipeline compliant.
    • On set acquisition/scanning of costumes and photographic reference, including directing actors for motion reference.
    • Facility Cloth and Hair Town Council Lead.
    • Helped to develop specifications for internal proprietary software.
    • Worked closely with external software vendors to develop specifications and test commissioned software.
