    * Scene Prep: Being in charge of assembling the shots coming from Rough Layout, by using the “final production assets” in the scene files. The main responsibility was to prepare the Shots and deliver them to the Animation department. The assets require for these stage in the pipeline would be just the ones involved in the path-of-action of the shot.

    *Character Finaling: Character corrections. Fixing intersections, and character interaction
    with its environment and props. Adjusting controllers or sculpting the geometry,
    conserving shapes, proportions and arc of motion.

    * Layout Finaling: In charge of assembling the final composition of a shot, addressing the correspondent notes coming from camera revisions, art direction and story continuity. (Composition and technical problems solve). We had the responsibility of testing all the components of the scene file, making sure everything was working properly and was approved by the heads of all the departments, before delivering the shot to the Lighting department.

    * Matchmoving or tracking involves the translation of a live-action shot into a 3D environment. The department was responsible of replicating the camera movement or an object motion of the live-action plates, in a 3D application. Keeping the proper position, scale and orientation in space is fundamental.

    * Camera setup: When the 3D space is created for the live-action plate, the 3D elements that need to be combined in the plate are positioned in order to match with the plates, as if they were always in the shot. The creation of proxy assets, matching the elements in the plate could be required depending on the shot.
