As Warner Brother's bought the Mortal Kombat license, I was offered a position to work on the Mortal Kombat team under Warner Brothers Interactive.
I am a senior animator. My responsibilities are to be talent in combat motion shoots, calibrate and shoot motion data on a Vicon motioncapture system, clean the data, and animate on top of motion data or hand key moves depending on the animation requested.
I also coordinate with our Kore Tech team to test and develop new tools and technology that increases animator productivity and the quality of animation fidelity in game.

I'm am the lead animator and a central point of contact for Midway's animation efforts across our satellite studios. I plan and direct motioncapture shoots. I meet with other team leads to plan what, when, and how animations are to be delivered to the game engine. I direct between two and five animators at any given time. I am responsible for the quality of the animations. I also clean motion data and animate.
