My name is Paul B. Frieling, and I am a senior 3D artist in the animation industry with over 17 years of experience. Wearing many hats throughout my career, I have an extensive background in directing, character animation, character and asset creation, look development, previsualization/ layout, and overall visual storytelling.
Working in many departments at studios such as Blur, ILM, Method, and Logan, I gained a priceless understanding of the entire animation pipeline, from concept through the end of production.
In 2017, under the guise of Lazy Droid, I began writing and executing my own animated short films one of my IPs is now in development at Amazon Studios as a tier-one adult animated series.
As an artist, I seek to further my creative experience, build relationships, and practice my craft at the highest
possible caliber. My work ethic and artistic performance are essential to me, and I want to deliver the best work for whatever project I'm
involved in.
