My experience is based on different jobs. Some good, some bad and some terrible! But I always like to learn from any situation. Bad experiences can show you how to not do things, and in my opinion is the most valuable thing.
I really enjoy my job, but RnD is where I find myself happy. Creating a working rigging workflow into the global pipeline is something I have found really interesting.
Through all my experience I have been rigging cartoon characters and creatures, realistic characters and creatures, developing tools on python for rigging/animation and working close with other departments such art, animation or shading.
Everyday there is something new to learn as a junior, senior or even as a supervisor. At this moment I'm taking the supervisor role so I have explored a lot of new areas during this two years. Leadership, working closer with other departments, development into a global pipeline, etc.
Working with artists is great to adapt their vision into something that can move and get alive in a 3D world.
