Marvel's What If...?:
-R&D- In collaboration with the LGT team, we developed a new pipeline to achieve the desired look and process the renders output in a smart and simple manner.
-Support all departments with fixes/changes and any surfacing issues that may
arise during the course of production.
-Collaborating with the CG Supervisor, Art Director, and key creative team to
develop the visual style of all assets of a project, working from 2D and 3D
visual development reference.
-Oversee delegation, review, and approval of surfacing on all assets with local
and international artists.
-Training and coaching the Surfacing team of varying degrees of talent to produce
high-end feature quality images properly and on schedule. This includes
ensuring established procedures are being followed, answering questions, and
working with Surfacers to find creative solutions for problems that may arise.
-Help manage and maintain targets and quotas for the team.
