Not only is a success company, is also the best place where I have worked ever and where I have learned more. Maybe the best place for profesional and personal development. I feel here I can explore my possibilities and is a place where I feel fulfilled, where I'm able to do my best on my skills. Actually I'm using all my acquired knowledge to make successful games as "Bubble Witch Saga 2", "Diamond Digger", "Papa Pear".
Actually my role is less clear because I'm working in different disciplines as 2D artist, 3D artist, FX Artist, prototyping game mechanics, helping the design team with new proposals, coordinating the sound resources and as technical artist.
It is being the most instructive period, starting for the organigram of the company until how to make the best game possible.

Gameloft is known as one of the biggest companies of games for mobile devices. For me was a complete new world to explore. At this moment was when I started to watch the mobile games as a serious market. Was a good time to apply my knowledge about video games but in a completely new media. I learned a lot about how to develop a game with small teams formed by people of different countries. We used 3DSMax, ZBrush, Maya and more.
At than time I learned to program with Action Script 3 and start to develop my own games.

Lighting artist in the movie "SNOWFLAKE".
Bren entertainment was the Computer Graphics department of FILMAX, responsible of films as "THE HAIRY TOOTH FAIRY", "SNOWFLAKE", " EL CID. THE LEGEND" and "Gisaku". I was working as lighting artist in the movie "Snowflake", a film made using real image mixed with virtual characters. Was a very challenging project because I learned the integration technic of virtual characters in real world and the always painful task of lighting furry characters. At the other hand I did work as technical artist developing tools for the lighting department, optimizing, in this way, the production. We used Softimage XSI and Python for tools.
It was a very instructive work and hard also for the short time we had.

Grupo visualiza is a studio dedicated to design recreational vessels. My work here was to work closely with the engineers to make virtual representations of the ships. Was a very technical and precise work.

Pyro Studios is a well known company of video games, developer of Commandos franchise, Praetorians, Imperial Glory, Planet 51, and more. Here was my first serious work developing my biggest pasion, video games. At Pyro I was able to apply my acquired knowledge on previous works as lighting artist, color theory, spatial theory, light behaviour, and also technical knowledge learned on virtual reallity projects. Furthermore I learned a lot about video game FX, particle systems, optimization of resources, level design, and much more. We used Unreal Engine one of the most powerful engines at that time.
Was my first experience in a big company, developing a AAA game, with a multicultural team about 11 different nationalities. Maybe one of the most productive and exciting times of my career.

Barcelona Media was a company part of very prestigious university Pompeu Fabra. Is an advanced technology center dedicated to applied research and transfer of knowledge and technology. Here I developed some of the most interesting project at that time, making interactive tours in virtual reality. Here I mixed my knowledge on architecture with interactive devices. Was a good place to experiment new things and make an step out of my comfort zone. Here I learned interactive tools as Unity and Quest3D.

Dantex group was one of the biggest companies supporting architecture studios. Here I was managing and developing projects closely with architecture studios, making 3D representations, models, virtual tours, architectural drawings and demos for medical applications as well. Most of the work was made using 3DStudioMax, VRay AutoCad and Maya.
In this company I learned a lot about architecture, spatial theory, materials, video, 3D printers..

3D Lighting artist.
Dygra films is one of the best known companies of 3d animated movies. I was there lighting scenes and characters for the movie "The dream of a night of san Juan", winner of a Goya award for best animated film (the most prestigious Spanish film award).
To make the film we used Maya and Renderman (developed by Pixar). Here I learned a lot about the process of creating an animated film in 3D, as well as color theory, behavior of light and layered render. Was a big and exciting experience.

Agencia Zoom supplied reports to the best known of the country and international magazines such as National Geographic, Rolling Stone, Le Moniteur, PlayBoy, El País, La Vanguardia, El Periódico, Marie Claire, Mía, Pronto, Interview. My role here was to photograph and manage all graphic department of the agency. organizing the work of other photographers, selecting the best images, digitally retouch it and sending them to the appropriate media.
This work gave me the opportunity to learn much about image, documentary photography, composition, color, light and technical aspects of digital and analog photography.
