Recently I made the switch from Stereo into Mono. It's been an exciting switch, and I hope to grow in my career, while bringing my experience to the table.

    Processing images for Stereoscopic 3D feature length movies with emphasis on procedural non destructive workflows. Cleanplate and Rotoscope creation using 3D projection and 2D tracking methods, along with Stereo painting and Disparity painting in order to insure a quality 3D image. Usage of proprietary software in order to place scenes into 3D depth with understanding of proper volume and spacial relationships of elements. Worked with lead to ensure proper methods were being utilized, and to progress as an artist with new tools and techniques.

    Responsible for the development of artists and their skills, and the management of each individual shots under strict deadlines. Communicating with Production on the status of all team shots, and determining scheduling for shots. QC for all outsourced elements ie. rotos, cleanplates, and VFX Scripts for each shot on the team. Working on shots while R&Ding; new techniques for each show based on the needs of the Client.

    Tasked with Head Trainer of Stereo Comp for training artists and the supervision of policies and procedures for the new Stereo Comp Department in India. Worked closely with management, production, supervisors, leads, and trainers on the building of the department, the training of artists, and the production of shots.

    Co-organized and created training material and syllabus for Stereo Comp Training. Trained new artists in Nuke, Mocha Pro and Propriety Stereo Software. Topics covered; cleanplating, tracking, roto, script organization, stereo comp setup, advanced stereo comp techniques. Trained and graded over 50 artist, and mentored them their progress with a 98% success rate.
