  As an animation Director at ICON, I've headed teams ranging from 10-20 animators. I use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit together the episode, and write notes to the animators to help them achieve a cohesive show style. Weekly 1-1's with each animator has allowed me to connect with everyone despite working remotely, and in these sessions I am able to offer tailored feedback to each animator to improve their shots, and their animation workflows.
