A great number of tools developed have become essential to users' day to day work and are now being employed on other shows.

Prime responsibility for overseeing all aspects of Character Rigging for Animation plus Studio Pipeline design and implementation. Key accomplishments include: Designing and building a system to allow a small team to do all rigging for full shows of hundreds of shots. Spearheading of pipeline re-direction and re-in vision, that is now used as standard protocol. Creating, developing, and propagating tools seamlessly in a full tilt production environment. Devising creative solutions within the constraints of the companies resources and workforce to complete work on time under budget and at the highest standards.
