  Supervised an international team of creators (junior 3D artists, illustrators, graphic designer and video editor) and worked closely with a motion capture stage manager through weekly content deliverables. Established an efficient video content pipeline from concept to distribution. Chased, consolidated and addressed feedback from clients/stakeholders, ensuring tasks are on track and brand specifications are communicated and maintained.
  
  Frequently suiting up and testing performance capture gear — heavily involved in standardising 3D workflows with the MoCap Pro gloves for internal artists and support specialists, who then communicate it downstream to customers.
  
  Key achievements include high engagement ratings supplemental to nurturing company partner relationships and meeting sales targets — as well as laying the foundations of the most unique and inspiring visual identity in the glove market.

  As a key player in the Marketing team, I collaborated with internal and external talents across the business from the development and execution of a unique and memorable brand through multiple hardware launches and software updates, all the way to assisting in asset creation and quality-assurance tests.
  I demonstrated their flagships through 3D sequences — well integrated within Maya, MotionBuilder, Unreal Engine and Unity — and delivered this into digestible, engaging, product-centric video case studies, instructional/creative social media and website visuals.
  
  My work in transforming StretchSense’s brand identity has led to successful lead gen and awareness campaigns, featured by the likes of Forbes, TechCrunch and even Snoop Dogg’s music video Crip Ya Enthusiasm.

  Amidst the pandemic, I set up an independent work station and collaborated remotely with a humble network of artists on multiple local events throughout 2020.
  
  - commissioned by Sony Music to produce a 3D looping visualiser for the group TECHNICLR, featured in their official Y$O performance video
  - exhibited my render series “the light you give” at Unincorporated: A Creative Activation
  - participated in the publication of a series of quarantine-related artwork for Auckland Zinefest
  - outsourced by startup company Bin++ to assist in the 3D visualisation and photoreal rendering of their prototype product

  Most notably during my final year at University, I was outsourced by MightyBeanz Productions on two video editing projects: marketing materials for Mercy Radiology on Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, and the production of recruitment videos for Auckland Council’s Animal Management Department.
