Implemented the Animation Slices tool to enable multiple animators to simultaneously work on different rigs in the same shot. This includes the following components:
* Maya C++ Plugin for import, export and display of mesh and cameras in Alembic format
* Maya MEL Scripts to playblast shots encoded with asset information
* RV Python Plugin to allow selection of assets in a playblast, including building of slices
Implemented various pipeline and Maya tools for set assembly and asset management using MEL and python, including animated set pieces with ability to apply per-shot overrides.
Designed and implemented new feature and hotfix release process with a git backend that is used by all in-house developers.
