    I would oversee the 'Modeling Stream' demoreels during the students last 6 months at the school of a 12 month total course. Holding classes when necessary, many lab time reviews, group critiques, and demos.

    One of our focuses was to simulate production, I was to treat the students like employees (on probation), occasionally fire them:) I was pretty hard on them when I started, but softened up towards the end of my time there.
