    • Personal achievement: sourcing, recruiting and hiring 75% of the Audio team for the highly acclaimed “The Force Unleashed.” This team stayed intact for over four years.
    • During my time between Recruiting and Audio, I created and implemented an exclusive Audio Internship program with Ex’pression College for Digital Arts that resulted in a full time hire with LucasArts, and a contract hire with Skywalker Sound.

    • Coordinated the day to day use of a 30 million dollar facility consisting of nearly 70 rooms and over 100 events a day.
    • Generated Interdepartmental communication regarding events and scheduling issues.
    • Work closely with the Chief Operating officer regarding class schedules, best use of facilities, events, students, staff, academic calendars, meeting the standards of accreditation
    • Utilized by the Education Department as a consultant for long range curricular and institutional development. Outcomes include:
    o Construction of new classrooms, lab suites, and associated equipment acquisition totaling over $500k.
    o Worked actively as a member of the Educational Administration team to develop and implement policy, while maintaining a high level of service in accordance with all state licensing and Federal accrediting bodies.
    • Maintenance of company wide (instructor, student, and staff) communication of schedules within a five week turn around. Conducted a facilities study which resulted in growth of company including:
    o Three new classrooms, six new Final Cut Pro editing suites, and a new SSL 9000 analog recording console
