My overall goal working in the game industry is to better understand the industry as a whole and what factors go into making award-winning games for the various genres. I hope to use this information to further my career in video game design, game system design, game storyboard, and my private writing.
My secondary goal is to master the art of Quality Assurance and perfect my technique so I can use that knowledge to greatly benefit my employers and help them deliver quality products in a timely and efficient manner.
My experience in the business has helped me perfect a great system for test case design. Several times in my career, I've designed whole test case sets from the ground up. I'm good at organizing project priorities to make sure all areas of a project are tested efficiently and thoroughly. I also have experience leading teams of testers effectively and efficiently as we tackled projects with limited amounts of time and resources.
Specialties: Test case design and implementation, prioritizing workloads/testing schedules, and giving suggestions to improve quality on a project
Work History
Professional Dungeon Master and Game Designer
The World of Gaian
August 2020 - Present
I work as a professional Dungeon Master telling stories and upkeeping my discord where I provide entertainment for my clients on a weekly basis. My weekly responsibilities include game design and story writing, upkeeping my discord, managing invoices and collecting funds from my clients. I also need to upkeep my roll20 account and games, adding new content to existing games while designing campaigns I intend to run in the future. I am currently running ten weekly D&D games all with different plots and storylines.
In addition, my games are heavily customized to fit my style of storytelling. I'm very good at game design, so I use my own systems to create engaging content for my players on a weekly basis.
