Lead Cinematic Animator: Run a team of 15-40 cinematic animators (fluctuates based on deadlines), creating schedules, training/teaching more junior members of the team, working to solve issues with other departments IE: Environment, Animation, Writing, Design, UI. Work directly with the Episode Director to help the cinematic animators hit the cinematic and emotional beats of the episodes.
