    Build from scratch CG department in animation studio including finding and hiring key stuff.

    Define architecture and develop python code of a very reliable pipeline for production of animation feature which allow to produce shots fast within limited amount of employee (35 CG artists).
    Some statistics:
    - Render artist could produce up to 15 shots a day
    - Compositing artist could complete up to 10 shots a day

    Pipeline developing involved:
    — Define 3D, compositing software, render engine and project management system (Ftrack)
    — Define, formalise and structure all basics objects and actions in CG area and develop representation of this structure in Ftrack
    — Develop asset modeling and texturing conditions as well as structure of assets for different cases
    — Develop and deliver to a rigging department detailed brief of rigging system to provide easy and reliable transfer of animation data to a lighting-rendering stage.
    — Provide general look development for the whole film by creating material library and lighting templates
    — Develop and write python tools for each stage of production as well as link Ftrack and studio software to a common system
    — Develop standards for all possible process in studio.
    — Write full pipeline documentation with tutorials.

    Lead and inspire the CG team. Solve production problems if appears.
