Part of why I do what I do is there is a simple sort of beauty in seeing a team come together to create something as a group. The cohesive way in which we, as artists and designers, come together and share in the artistic process is something few parties can say they have participated in. Bringing people together, motivating, leading and enabling them to find success in their areas of expertise is one of my greatest strengths. My father always says that in order to be successful, you need to surround yourself with people who are smarter than you are, particularly at what you need them to do; this simple concept has brought me success throughout the years, and I suspect it will continue to do so down the line.
