I joined Disney Interactive in April 2014 to head the games department (EMEA) and create best practice high quality inspirational games where the experience matches the magic and creativity of Disney brands.
In this role I am leading the team to deliver entertainment content including casual games, mid-core games, game events and activities for brands from across the whole The Walt Disney Company.
I’m responsible for leading all aspects of game production and live operations in multiple languages, for multiple territories to ensure Disney consolidates its core position as one of Europe’s leading casual and mid-core games publishers on mobile and tablet platforms and the Disney commercial family entertainment websites.

I was brought in as the lead producer to direct the production of multiple key IP across mobile and digital platforms. Although not all titles have been officially announced I can say that these are productions of world famous gaming brands, that will deliver ground-breaking gameplay experiences on mobile and digital.
I manage 3rd party development teams in various locations worldwide. I also work with the original franchise brand teams to ensure the products are authentic and are world class.
Along with my project responsibilities, I also manage a growing team of producers working on Square IP, creatively guiding these productions and using my 13 years of mobile game production experience to ensure success. I also advise on roadmap strategy for our titles and work with our in house designer to create concepts for key IP, to ensure these products successfully go through our green-light process.

I was brought in to provide creative leadership across a range of projects for EA Mobile’s 3rd party publishing business (EAP), focusing on iPhone/iPad and smart phone platforms. In October 2010 I was promoted to run the department.
The role involved evaluating which content should be published and ensuring developers achieve the level of quality EA require. I was also heavily involved in the new business process; regularly attending shows and conferences scouting for new talent.
I worked with 3rd party developers located around the world, managing budgets and agreeing timelines, working directly with the business development director to agree the scope and P&L of projects. I also managed teams based in Romania and India to oversee the localisation and quality assurance for all titles before launch.
I owned the creative direction for all titles published, managing the relationship with the Product Marketing team to agree launch plans and post launch promotions. I also worked directly with Apple, PR/Press to promote titles and build excitement for new product.
