Responsible for €22 MM budget along with the Head of Studio and Executive Producers. Created and coordinated the production strategy in cooperation with Producers, Executive Producers and different Creative Senior Production Supervisors. Developed and implemented the crucial tasks and targets to the delivery milestone. Overseen the production coordinating team of 8 people ensuring the good organization of dailies, rounds and meetings discipline among the creative studio resources (total crew of 150 artists). Managed resources and decision taken along with the Editorial Department, Director and Executive Producer.

Responsible for the Storyboard & Art/Design Departments. Teamed up, managed and scheduled the entire process as per the studio needs. Assisting Director on the scenes content development and coordinate the improvement on following process (Leica & Previz & Editing ) towards Executive Producer and Head of Production. Organized the crew task ensuring deadlines towards the 3D environment department and establishing and accurate communication channel between departments.
Management of the Lighting, Rendering & Compositing Department. Defined and developed the production pipeline for the post-production area specially from Color Art Department to Lighting Department. Tracked the production flow with the Supervisors organizing dailies and reviews as well as maintaining the in house production tracking system updated.

Generating the master budget and schedule. Negotiate and implemented new Toom Boom software on the pipeline.
