Freelancer - 3D Artist (f/m/d)

We are looking for a dedicated 3D Artist with professional experience, preferably within the games industry. If you are passionate about creating high-quality 3D art assets and the aesthetic of casual mobile games, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Design: Model, unwrap, and texture appealing, high-quality 3D assets for in-game use and feature graphics.
- Uphold artistic vision: Ensure alignment with the game's artistic direction while meeting all technical requirements.
- Collaborate: Work closely with a passionate art team to push creative boundaries and enhance the game's visual appeal.
- Own: Take ownership of your work and consistently meet deadlines.
- Optimize for performance: Integrate and fine-tune your assets in Unity to ensure smooth and efficient gameplay.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a 3D Artist.
- Strong proficiency in 3D tools (Blender, ZBrush).
- Solid understanding of the full 3D pipeline and asset integration into Unity.
- Ability to build low- and high-poly assets (characters, props, and environments) from 2D concept art while maintaining art style and consistency.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
- Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
- Organized, self-motivated, and consistent in meeting production goals.
- Ability to recreate various art styles with precision to maintain consistency.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in mobile games is highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of VFX, shaders, and particle systems in Unity is a plus.
- Experience with Git version control software.
- Familiarity with agile or iterative production workflows is a plus.
