Work History
co-CEO & Executive Producer
Quantic Dream
December 2003 - Present
As the CEO of the company, I'm overseeing our day to day game development operations (170 people) as well as our performance capture and audio studios. In my capacity as executive producer, I'm also directly overseeing all external operations with third party partners: Outsourcing (600+ m/m on Heavy Rain and Beyond), talent management (100+ actors, composers...), publisher relations, middleware firms, etc...
I produced the multi-platform game FAHRENHEIT (ATARI, 2005) and the PS3 exclusive HEAVY RAIN (SCEE, 2010). The later earned our studio international recognition for our innovative approach to emotion and story in games. 2010’s 9th bestselling game on the platform (3,3 Mio sales to date). Won 3 DICE and 3 British Academy Awards for Best Technical Innovation, Best Music and Best Story.
I then produced BEYOND: Two Souls on PS3 (1,7 Mio sales to date). Offering yet again a highly innovative gameplay experience and high-end graphics and animations, the project features Academy Award Nominees ELLEN PAGE and WILLEM DAFOE in the lead roles.
I also produced three short movies (The Casting, Kara and The Dark Sorcerer). Kara won Best Experimental during 2012 LA Short Festival and was viewed over 10 million times on Youtube.
