I have been an independent games developer for several decades and have conceived new concepts, pitched, designed, built and run teams, and taken products from start to finish. My focus in general has been on bringing more humanity to the gaming experience. Some of my published works include the ToeJam and Earl game series and Doki Doki Universe, Starflight, etc. I have also consulted on design for may games including The Sims 2, World of Tanks, Star Control, and others. I was creative director at a few companies as well. Please check out my linked in profile for details of my long career. I am an easy collaborator and a very mellow guy. I am happy to create new concepts or work within the constraints of other people's designs. My many years of experience have taught me many lessons. One of the most useful lessons is this: if you can't enjoy the process and the people you work with you won't be able to make a fun game,so relax, laugh, communicate, and enjoy the development. Life is short.
