Sequence Lead: Key shot & pre-production lighting, sequence lighting and compositing templates, standards creation and maintenance, running dailies, shot bidding, team leadership/mentorship.

Lighting and Rendering: HDRI on-set capture, processing and light-rig creation, traditional character beauty lighting, environment/set lighting, matching paint-overs/color keys, lighting to integrate onto live/matte painted background plates. Photography and practical lighting experience.

Compositing: Layering CG rendered elements, applying atmosphere and depth using z-depth and world-P masking, integrating 3D rendered or stock FX elements, integrating matte paintings, custom Nuke node creation, 3D compositing, deep compositing, lens effects, tracking, roto/paint, final polish.

Look Development: Created a library of Look-dev light-rigs used in all Blizzard Animation projects. HDRI panorama and reference photography (circular fisheye, MacBeth charts, chrome and grey spheres, people and objects), lat/long stitching, paint fixes, color calibration and tone mapping, light-rig creation, render testing, and publishing. Asset line-up creation, AOV evaluation, collaboration with Surfacing team to look-dev assets and evaluate in shots.

3D Generalist: Pre-visualization, set extensions, camera projections, camera match-moving, modeling, texturing, surfacing, animation.

3D Software: Maya, Katana, 3dsMax, Redshift, Renderman, Arnold, PFTrack.

2D Software: Nuke, HDR Shop, DCRaw, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere.
