  - Ensured crew levels met requirements of workload.
  - Managed a crew ranging from 38 to 130 artists.
  - Allocated work in a matter that not only ensured creative success, but also in a way that the workload achieved desired delivery dates.
  PRODUCTION MANAGER
  - Scheduled shots on behalf of the Producer in a manner that met the client's expectations.
  -Weekly show reports to the client showing progress.
  - Oversaw a production team.
  - Worked closely with the VFX Supervisor to ensure he/she was satisfied with the allocation and scheduling of shots.
  BIDDING PRODUCER
  - Produced bids in conjunction with the Executive Producer for asset builds, shots cost and on set costs.
  - At time these were generated from a script, so I would also produce a VFX breakdown.
