    Provided tailored studio support to development teams in charge of Far Cry 5, Far Cry Primal, Watch_Dogs 2 and Mighty Quest for Epic Loot (PC). Analyzed production risks, provided recommendations to development teams and studio management, followed-up implementation of recommendations.

    Responsible for conducting the pre-production audits of Watch_Dogs 2 and Assassins Creed Origins. Coordinated, brought together and led a team of six experts to analyze the status and risks of the projects. In charge of presenting recommendations to development teams, studio management and headquarters based on the audits results.

    • Managed relationships between licensors and development teams of license-based games through the creation and management of processes guaranteeing the execution of contracts in order to optimize strategic partnerships with major movie studios and other right holders: Universal Pictures, Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures, 20th Century Fox, MGM, CBS, ABC, TV Tokyo/Shueisha, Mattel, IMG, Europacorp.
    30+ games shipped on all game formats: James Cameron’s Avatar, Peter Jackson's King Kong, Shaun White games, Sony Pictures Animation movies, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Naruto, CSI, Lost, Rocky, Scrabble. Projects supported generated revenues of €100M to €250M per annum.
    • Directly negotiated the acquisition of all licenses for Pure Football (Xbox360/PS3): 17 biggest football national teams from Europe, South America and Africa. Set-up endorsement deals with Steven Gerrard and Lukas Podolski. Managed a multi-million acquisition budget.
    • Negotiated endorsement and/or the buy-out of service contracts (actors, directors, writers, athletes – both US and European) for all Ubisoft brands including Assassins Creed, Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia, Far Cry, Red Steel, Your Shape, new IPs. 70+ deals signed ranging from four to six figure deals.
    • Initiated deals with Lamborghini, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Audi and VW to license their cars in Driver San Francisco (PS3/Xbox360/PC)
    • Coordinated voice-over production on licensed titles including Naruto games (Japanese voices), CSI games, Beowulf and Surf’s Up.
    • Management of an intern, oversaw daily task management: presentations, research, newsletters.

    • Provided general assistance to the licensing department: market analysis and recommendations focused on videogame sales, licensed properties, movies, TV shows. Writing of newsletters on licensed properties.
    • Internal and external coordination on the execution of license-based titles (production and marketing) especially on Peter Jackson’s King Kong (5M units sold, €100M of revenues generated).
