I have a very strong background in supervising artist, compositing look development, building procedural setups for sequences, developing the sequence look, participating in dailies and giving desk reviews (supervising up to 35 artist in a single project). Over years I have gained an experience in organising the communication between departments making sure that the compositing department would receive all the elements they need. I have also managed rounds with Artist and directly communication with Production, VFX supervisor and Comp supervisor to deliver what was desired by
the client.
My work is always based on a large amount of references to achieve the most photorealistic or stylised result possible. In the past few years I have been involved in compositing look development of the whole sequences in- house and outsource vendors, very complex destruction FX, creature and environment work. I have also been enjoying mentoring and preparing presentations in-house in aim to provide guidance for
less experienced artist.
