- Defined and established Imagendary's keyframe animation and motion capture pipeline and studio standards from the ground up in collaboration with different departments and tech artists.
- Collaborated closely with the Design, Modeling, and Rigging teams to develop animation-friendly characters and creatures, while also conducting R&D and explorations including previs and animation tests.
- Collaborated closely with director, VFX supervisor, and the Previs team to identify character development and storytelling opportunities within the cinematics, and supported the narrative with the animation team's work.
- Led and directed mocap shoots, choreography, and managed animation assets and task tracking to ensure timely delivery of high-quality animations.
- Organized and provided feedback for the animation team to ensure the quality bar for animation was upheld.
