    As the leader of an expanding CG team, I held the responsibility of overseeing various aspects of Cheil Creative's operations under the guidance of the Group Creative Director. My primary focus was in executing AI/AR/VR/XR commercial projects, utilizing Motion Capture and Virtual Production techniques. Additionally, I excelled in developing CG assets and pipeline tools, catering to both modern and traditional workflows. Through effective management and coordination, I ensured the seamless execution of projects while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency. With a keen eye for innovation and emerging technologies, I strived to push the technological boundaries and deliver outstanding results in the ever-evolving field of CG production.

    Working in Katana and Nuke, I helped a talented team of artists complete multiple projects. Including a AAA Game Cinematic called "Atlas" and a Music Video for an upcoming CG animated band called "The Meeps". For both projects I developed custom Nuke tools to improve their compositing workflow, lit shots in Katana, and composited them in Nuke.

    As a Freelance Nuke Compositor contracted through Agora Studios, I tackled numerous complex screen replacement shots for various Sony Playstation spots. I adeptly handled the challenges involved in seamlessly integrating new graphics onto screens, and ensured that the composited shots maintained a high level of realism and accuracy. Collaborating closely with the Sony team, I delivered exceptional results while adhering to strict project timelines. My expertise in Nuke allowed me to achieve seamless integration and bring the Sony Playstation spots to life.

    During a critical crunch period, I was brought on board to join the exceptional compositing team at WAG and help bring their show to completion. My primary role involved compositing 2D animated sequences using Nuke, leveraging its powerful capabilities to seamlessly integrate various elements from both rendered 3D sources and 2D hand drawn elements.. Additionally, I skillfully integrated assets created in Harmony 20, enhancing the visual richness of the project, and I played a vital role in successfully bringing the show across the finish line, meeting project deadlines and maintaining the outstanding standards of WAG's work.

    In a role under the general supervision of the VFX Supervisor and in collaboration with the Lighting Supervisor(s), I took on the leadership of two teams of specialized artists in Matte Painting and Compositing. My responsibilities encompassed not only overseeing the teams but also contributing to the development of the Nuke toolset for the feature pipeline. This involved creating Compositing tools and technique documentation, as well as documenting Matte Painting workflows. 

    Furthermore, I conducted advanced compositing operations on rendered layers, including tasks such as establishing the overall look and feel, performing color correction, setting up 3D compositions, executing complex rotoscoping, and implementing specialized compositing effects as required. Through these efforts, I ensured the delivery of high-quality visuals and the seamless integration of elements within the project.

    In this role I excelled in both CG lighting using Maya and compositing with Nuke. My primary responsibility involved creating and refining lighting setups for live-action and fully CG features, ensuring visually compelling results. Additionally, I handled rendering and compositing EXR layers to generate image sequences for final delivery.

    As a lead compositor, I took charge of continuity supervision, ensuring consistency throughout the project. Furthermore, I undertook the development of compositing tools and pipelines using Python, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency. Leading the documentation process, I provided comprehensive documentation on areas of development to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

    Remote

    At Tao Films (formerly Rhythm and Hues), I joined during the crunch period to assist with hero compositing and final delivery of the Chinese feature film, "Crazy Alien". Working remotely through their Shotgrid pipeline, I collaborated closely with the VFX Supervisor, handling final pass integration, shot polishing, and compositing setup delivery. Together, we successfully ensured the film's completion, meeting deadlines and upholding Tao Films' renowned standards.
