    As a senior animator, my jobs pretty straightforward. Production-wise it's assessing the game's art requirements, brain-storming ideas with my AD and teammates, and then executing such said ideas using any mix of Photoshop, AfterEffects, and Maya. Management-wise I help identify roadblocks and help assist on resolutions, and ultimately fill in for my AD should she be away.

    Instrumental in the hiring process and responsible for building the senior art team. Explored various visual styles, and evaluated a slew of 3rd party engines. Created the Green Monster Games logo, and the company mascot "Munch". After a shift in the company's focus, I designed the 38 Studios logo and the company's Brand IP bible.     Created hundreds of NPC and Player animations as well as cleaned up MoCap data for EverQuest II and its first 3 expansions. Also created a slew of 1st person, vehicle enter/exit animations, as well as all of the BFR locomotion & interaction animations for PlanetSide and its 2 expansions.
    On EverQuest II and its first 3 expansions I worked on Gnolls, Undead, Aviaks, Climbing/Scaling, Drakes, Griffons, Lord Vymn, as well as the Froglok monk animation set.
