Motorsport Network represents the largest audience of motorsport and auto enthusiasts in the world. As creative director, I managed an international team of video producers, artists and animators to produce content in over 12 languages.
Client bidding with the International Partnerships Director, I worked with major brands such as Bose and Mercedes to produce sponsored content and pitch campaigns across digital, print and social media. This is in addition to writing and directing original content for TV and OTT platforms, reinvigorating Autosport’s YouTube presence. A key part of this role was guiding internal brands on design and promotion decisions, including video production for the Autosport Awards.

As part of the International VFX Hub at Bournemouth University, we produce commercial animation and visual effects for broadcast, mobile and web.
My responsibilities include:
- Bidding on new projects and developing project schedules.
- Meeting with clients to bring intelligent solutions to the table.
- Creating 3D and 2D content at key stages of the production.
- Evaluating and hiring staff.
- Providing daily feedback and guidance for the artists.
- Supervising the implementation and enhancement of workflow and pipeline.
- Traveling to film sets to supervise plate and element photography.
- Expanding our team’s creative capabilities through continued experimentation and R&D.
- Helping to determine future hardware and software purchases.
It is a highly challenging role involving all areas of animation production.

Character and creature animator on 'Tree Fu Tom', a BAFTA nominated 3D children's TV show for the BBC.
Every month produced over 2 minutes of multiple 3D character and creature animation, it was a very intense role requiring quick and efficient, yet refined animation.
I was also responsible for the layout and camera direction of all the shots learning a great deal about cinematography and composition.
