    -Manage other Prop/Weapon Artists & Interns on a daily basis, helping them grow artistically and advance their skill set.

    -Design, Model, Texture & Rig Weapons & Props for Saints Row 4 using 3dsMax, Zbrush, Photoshop & Volition's Proprietary Game Engine.

    -Work with the Concept, Design and Animation Teams to create very creative and unique weapons that fit into the world of Saints Row 4.

    -Work with Tech Art to concept out shaders and tools that allow artists to quickly and easily create incredible detailed artwork.

    -Work with programming to figure out the tools and scripts to make rigging weapons and props much easier for future projects.

    -Work with VFX & SFX to concept out any prop or weapon related deathFX, environmentalFX and SoundFX.

    -Work with our outsourcing team to design any props that will be outsourced and also figure out the best and most efficient way to get art done on time and within the budget allowed. This includes polygon & texture budgets, concepts & reference material, job sheets, tutorials and taking on in-house work to get things done faster and cheaper (usually rigging corpse models, VFX, Havok objects).

    -Manage all tables that drive props and weapons, including Havok Object properties.
