Daniel is an experienced and highly motivated Digital Compositor with a great interest in visual narratives and the creation of the impossible. He has a good knowledge in CG integration and multi-pass compositing using variety of compositing techniques to create a seamless photo real composite. He is proficient in all aspects of digital compositing. He has a sense of composition and a good eye for detail. Aside of being creative he also has good technical knowledge and problem solving skills. He is team oriented, ambitious and he always tries to broaden up his skills and knowledge.
As a freelance digital compositor Daniel is working with leading visual effects studios such as ARRI Media, Rise FX, ScanlineVFX and Trixter. His credits include US blockbusters as GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2, SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING and BLACK PANTHER, a number of award-winning features in his native Germany as TRAUTMANN and DIE KÄNGURU-CHRONIKEN and major television series including BABYLON BERLIN and most recently GAME OF THRONES.

    In the fall of 2017, Hurricane Irma made landfall in Puerto Rico, with the strongest winds the island had ever seen. Two weeks later, Hurricane Maria’s ferocious 155 mph winds struck the island, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. Months after Hurricanes Irma and Maria, the biggest need on the island continues to be roof repairs. We have also identified community spaces and schools in need of clean up/repair and will continue looking for ways in which we can help rebuild these communities.

    After a 7.1 magnitude quake on September 2017 in central México 'All Hands and Hearts' has identified one of the hardest hit communities, the small village of El Jicarero. As a part of the team we reconstructed the Narciso Mendoza Primary school, which will include six new classrooms, wash facilities, a multi-purpose room and a computer lab, alongside landscaping and fencing for the school.
